If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a return authorization from CandyMax. All Returns requests must be made within 7 days of receiving product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be unused, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
To return a product, please Email email@example.com for an RAN (Return Authorization Number). All Returns require an authorization number. Any merchandise returned to us without RAN on the box will be fused and sent back. Please note that an RAN does not guarantee final disposition, all returns are subject to inspection.

Returned merchandise must be send to us within 7 days after an RA number is issued. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Parcel must be Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service.
All products we sell come with a manufacturer warranty of 7 days after the date of receiving unless otherwise stated. If an item malfunctions under normal use you may request an RMA number within 7 days of receiving and return the item for repairing or replacing at our discretion. If a warranty repair/replacing is required, the purchaser must send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Repair Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), and provide the following information:
Date of shipment
Details of the defect or problem
The warranty is void if the item is opened, disassembled, repaired, modified, or altered without RcCarMax authorization.
It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. The warranty doesn’t cover crash damage and/or loss of kits, parts, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of product.
We do not issue prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
